Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work on strategic and long-term product goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as well as other product teams, engineering and operations leadership.
  • Communicate, Negotiate and Manage the interests of different stakeholders; Facilitate constructive feedback to inspire product innovations
  • Interview SMEs and Stakeholders to get a better understanding of business processes, gather and analyze data, assess feasibility and come up with multiple concept designs
  • Create detailed requirement document for approved concepts
  • Write business epics and user stories
  • Own the entire lifecycle of an assigned set of product features from an idea to deliveryOur Expectations About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, product development or strategy in the medical billing and coding, health insurance or related industries
  • Comfortably able to drive requirements gathering and roadmap planning based on stakeholder input
  • Fundamental understanding of healthcare quality programs, risk adjustment, billing and coding, as well as industry best practice standards
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from the data. Has the ability of start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problems
  • Knowledge and experience of the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologiesQualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner/Associate Product Manager
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills, independent working style
  • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills
