Trade Finance for U.S. Importers
Sellathon arranges Letters of Credit, SBLCs, Bank Guarantees, and Supply Chain Finance for importers purchasing goods from overseas suppliers — managing the transaction from inquiry through funding.
What We Arrange
We structure the right financing instrument for your transaction and connect you with the appropriate lender from our global network.
The primary payment instrument for import transactions. We arrange LCs that give your overseas supplier confidence to ship while protecting your payment until conditions are met.
Backup instruments that protect both parties in the event of non-performance. We arrange SBLCs and bank guarantees for performance, advance payment, and bid bonds.
A bank guarantee from a reputable institution gives your supplier the assurance they need to proceed — without requiring upfront payment from you.
Working capital solutions that allow you to extend payment terms with your supplier while ensuring they receive early payment through our financing partners.
Why Sellathon
Sellathon earns a 2% success fee paid by the financing institution at closing. You authorize it in your engagement letter — no out-of-pocket payment until your trade finance is funded.
We don't push a one-size-fits-all product. We assess your transaction and structure the financing instrument — LC, SBLC, BG, or SCF — that fits.
We work with trade finance partners and lenders across multiple jurisdictions — connecting U.S. importers with the right financing source for their transaction.
We represent neither the importer nor the exporter. Our role is to ensure the transaction completes fairly and on the agreed terms — for both sides.
We connect you with the right trade finance partners from our global lender network — not a bank product, but the right instrument for your deal.
One point of contact from inquiry through funding. We manage every stage so you can focus on your business.
The Process
Every transaction follows a structured, transparent process — from your first inquiry to the financing instrument being issued.
Submit your inquiry
Share your transaction details — goods, supplier country, transaction value, and timeline. A Sellathon advisor reviews your case within one business day.
We structure the instrument
We assess your transaction and design the right financing solution — LC, SBLC, Bank Guarantee, or Supply Chain Finance — based on your specific needs.
